If I were you, I would contact CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
It happens even with paid assets. Try again until the server works.
It may or may not help to close the Epic launcher then reopen.
oh, it works! I tried to get it in the browser - it doesn’t work, but in Epic Launcher it works like magic!)
