Can't download custom meta human for UE5 on Mac

I am on a Mac using UE5 Preview II and I can download any of the stock metahumans in quixel bridge but if I hit the download button for any of my custom metahumans nothing happens. It doesn’t start generating the character or downloading… it’s as if the download button is broken.

Anyone else having this issue?

im having this issue too, everything else downloads except the custom metahumans, super frustrating
