I tried downloading this sample project for 3 days. I deleted the vault folder, uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher, created and logged to another Epic Game account but no matter what I do, it’s still “unavailable” while I can download any other sample project.
Also I don’t know if it’s related but the description of the product is broken, not only while viewed in the Epic Launcher but also on Epic website: Cropout Sample Project in UE Game Samples - UE Marketplace

I added a payment method and I was able to download it.
