i recently downloaded epic games launcher and tried to download unreal engine 4.8, but i get a message that says, “Install Failed. Couldn’t download information. Please try again later. Code 1.”
Could it be because of my internet? It is extremely slow.
Just so you know I’m am a beginner and know very little about unreal engine.

In particular, check " Launcher is unable to download content" section. If nothing there helps, please follow instructions for finding and attaching log files. Thanks!
