I subscribed last month and downloaded 4.3 when it was released. The subscription then expired like expected, a few days ago. Now I no longer have access to the Content Examples or any of the other samples. Is that a mistake? 4.3 seems to still be available to me, and I guess I could try removing it and adding it again - but I don’t want to risk getting locked out of it as well.
4.3 was released last wed/thursday, did your subscription fall within that month? You should still have access to 4.3 stuff.
I know sometime their servers (or my internet sometimes get a little messed up) and i need to restart my computer/launcher and give it a few minutes. It will lock me out and i have a recurring subscription, then it usually automagically fixes itself.

Oh, I do have access to 4.3.0. My subscription was active when 4.3.0 was released. I just don’t have access to the samples or the Content Examples.
I’ve tried restarts of the launcher and reboots, to no avail. Thanks for the suggestions!

I’m so disappointed. I tried to reinstall 4.3 to troubleshoot the issue and now I can’t install it at all, just like the samples. Can’t someone just temporarily enable it again? Just for 24 hours so I can download the samples and then I can use it while a fix is implemented. It’s been three days.
Our accounts department is currently investigating the issue and trying to determine how to resolve it. I thank you for your patience while they work on it.
I will try to keep you informed as I learn of updates, but in case you do not hear back from me soon, you can reach out directly to our accounts department at accounts@unrealengine.com
