Can't do the transfer from Sketchfab to Fab due to account linking not working

Hello,

When clicking the “Connect to EPIC GAMES” button on this page: Log in to your Sketchfab account - Sketchfab

I get redirect to Sketchfab.com landing page and nothing occurs.
I don’t know if it makes sense but I got this error when opening Chrome’s inspector:

Do you know why I can’t link my EPIC account to Sketchfab?

Steps to Reproduce

Go to Log in to your Sketchfab account - Sketchfab
Click on Connect Epic Games
Then nothing happens, got redirected to www.sketchfab.com

I am logged in my Epic Game account and same on Sketchfab, I’m logged in.

Expected Result

Well, it should link my EPIC Game account to Sketchfab.

Observed Result

Nothing happen and get redirect to Sketchfab landing page.

Hello,
I have connected my Sketchfab to Epic Games.The next step-migration is not working.
@skfabby can you check please?

I had a problem where it says to click Accept migration of Sketchfab listings. When I click accept it says error has occurred. See below. I’ve asked Sketchfab support and hopefully will hear something back soon.

hi guys, the issue with SF migration might be happening because of some confusion with Epic accounts, it has to be the same account you’re trying to link on SF and Fab, if you’re trying to link two different epic accounts, e.g. Epic account A on SF to Epic account B on Fab - it won’t work.
Can you please do the following - unlink your Epic account from your SF one here
log out from both platforms
clear cache and cookies
login to SF
link your Epic account
try linking that same account to Fab

Please let me know if that helped
