Can't create private case on EOS Development Portal

Hello,

For a few months now, I have been unable to access the EOS Development Portal using this link https://eoshelp.epicgames.com/s/?language=en_US

I get an 404 page not found error every time.

I need to create a private case, but I am unable to because of this issue. What can I do / Who do I need to contact to resolve this problem?
