Cant create a project

I thought of joining the Unreal 11second animation challenge but I cant even create a project. The progress bar is stuck at 45%, it had been for an hour before i stopped unreal. I think it is because my laptop is too weak. Is there no browser based version of Unreal?

It means your system in compiling shaders, it will take anything from a few minutes to an hour depending on system performance.

Little tip, open the calculate app and leave it in focus. I have absolutely no idea why, but it helps shaders compile faster hahaha.
