Can't create a project

I downloaded zip from github. Unpack the archive. launched Setup.bat, and waited. All is well.
but when I started GenerateProjectFiles.bat I waited for hours and nothing, no error and any glitch. Just that does not occur.

Если метод загрузки для вас непринципиален, тогда попробуйте скачать движок обычным способом. Без Github.

The problem was in the roots of Visual Studio. Decided problem install Visual Studio on a clean system.
