I’ve been trying to contact Dev Portal Support with questions about releasing my game.
However, every time I try to find help, I’m directed to open a private case through the EOS portal.
The problem is that I cannot log into the EOS portal — I keep getting a 404 error whenever I try to access it.

Hello, we can see you were able to log in to create a private case. The root cause here was a conflict with your DisplayName. There was already another account in our EOSHelp support platform with the same DisplayName as the Epic Games account you tried to create a case with. It may have be an EOSHelp account you had previously created by logging into EOSHelp with a different Epic Games account that had the same DisplayName.
I’m also getting a 404 when trying to submit a case to Dev Portal Support. I’ve been trying to get my new game past the Tax Identity stage since August 24.
I’m sorry to hear you are also having issues creating a case. After some internal investigation, we have resolved this issue. Could you create a private case now and update us in this thread once your issue is resolved?
