Can't create a C++ project!! :(

Hey guys, i’m trying to create a new C++ project, but i got a error, blueprint project are fine.
i’m using Visual Studio 2013 Professional, UE 4.12.5 and Windows 10 fully updated at August 8.

There is missing this UE4Editor dll but i reinstalled visual studio em verify the engine and keeps this error!

This results in no project files being created in “C:\Users\Xavero\Documents\Unreal Projects este” ?

Man, UE 4.12.5 doesn’t work with VS 2013.
