Can't connect to servers for export

Hello, as the title already says I have problems connecting to the servers to send my statistics for export. (Promo version)
I have already checked and my windows firewall is turned off, so I am not qiute sure what could cause the problem.

Any help appreciated

I still have the same problem with my PPI license. 
Exporting is not possible due to lack of connection.

  • Internet connection is fine
  • Windows Defender is turned off
  • THere is enough credit on my PPI account.

What can I do?
