Can't Connect to FTP: Error 530

I recently rebuilt my PC and can finally start using Rocket again! The trouble is, I can’t connect to the FTP server now. I had no issues before, but now when I try to connect it gives me the following:

  • Status: Connection established,
    waiting for welcome message…
  • Response: 220 Serv-U FTP Server v11.3
    ready…
  • Command: USER James.Ordner
  • Response: 331 User name okay, need
    password.
  • Command: PASS ********
  • Response: 530 Not logged in.
  • Error: Critical error
  • Error: Could not connect to server

Using Filezilla 3.7.1. Like I said, I had no troubles connecting previously, I’m hoping I’m missing something obvious.

Hi James - we did do some unification of passwords in preparation for automating the beta invites/reminders. The most recent email we sent you should have the updated password, but I’ll send you a PM just in case you don’t have that available.
