I cant use world streaming because I would gets a warning or error every time I try to make a non spatically loaded actor a parent of a spatially loaded actor or vise versa.
For this reason I can never connect my non spatially loaded props to, my custom verse devices which are always spatially loaded.
As a more clear example to the line above, I canot link the blue props here to my POI verse device.
