Can't compile new project on C++ from UE4 launcher

I have Visual studio 2017,UE4.17. I have installed all packages SDK windows 10 and 8.1 also . I tried to create also new project on BluePrint and then generate Visual studio project file but it also didn’t help…

after that I tried to create an empty C++ class into the same project , but that didn’t work and I’ve got this :

Thogh the .cln project file opens good,but with creating a new project on C++ from UE4 launcher it doesn’t open and send me error like on the first screen …
Guys,please… I’m crying … Can anybody help me with that trouble ?:(:(:frowning:

Try starting from a “Blank C++” project.
You can create this from the UE4 launcher.
