My version is : 4.19
ive done everything from this tutorial and i cant compile in vs : Development server. It gives me errors like this:
Couldn’t find target rules file for target ‘UE4Server’ in rules assembly ‘UE4Rules, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null’.
Extreme C:\Program Files\Unreal Projects\Extreme\Intermediate\ProjectFiles\UnrealBuildTool 1
So why tf i cant compile clear project ( thirdperson game c++ ) following tutorial. Its making me mad .

I’m not the author of the tutorial but it explains most of the steps. Either you didn’t follow the instructions properly, or you aren’t using the source-code version of the engine from GitHub. Be sure to read the whole tutorial. Without knowing what you did though, only you can answer this question…
@Znany.eX , did you ever figure this out? I’m having the same problem with 4.20.2.
