I think we have been hit by a similar bug or issue but causing our entire fab account to be deactivated affecting 50+ products.
We can’t even access our fab listings nor sales data. We have submitted a bug report for assistance but no response so far.
We’d like to adress any potential issue with any product, description or pictures, but we got no explanation whatsoever. It’s shocking that this kind of actions which impacts our company, customers and products (+50) without prior proper warning or explanation.
I hope this is just a glitch or technical bug from some automation and hope Fab team can help us sorting this out asap.
