Can't change email address

Not sure I’m in the right place to ask this question. If I’m not please direct me to the proper place.

I need to change my email address, but it won’t let me. I’ve tried about a dozen times. The first two times I got an email with a verification code on my old email address, but the codes didn’t work. I got a message something like, ‘the code is invalid or expired.’ I’ve tried a few more times after that, but I’m no longer even getting the emails with the codes. Anyone know how to fix this?

I think it’s best to directly ask tech support for help if you have such a bug. Maybe, by the way, at the same time this problem will be fixed so that no one will encounter it in the future.
