The problem is not your card issuer, the problem is the processor company that would take your information, verify it, and then send it to your card issuer. E g, a company like Stripe, or PayPal. Those companies somehow believe your attempt is fraudulent (for whatever reason – ad blockers? browser incompatibility? internet region? bad deploy? bad configuration by Epic web developers?) and thus don’t forward the request at all to your card issuer/bank, so of course they won’t have a record of it.
