cant build build are blue but cant place it all settings relate to build are enable

i cant build in creative 1.0 map and all my build settings are enable only i can build on grass and pleaseeeeeeee pleaseee help me build are blue and when you want to place its so laggy when want to place

this has happened to me aswell did u end up finding a fix?
