Can't build blank project htlm5

Hi all!

I’m having a problem, I created a new project (Blueprint, Blank, no starter content), build it for html5 it works fine.

I enabled the VaRest pluggins (without doing anything else), build it for html5, it failed.

I’m getting this error:

Jessie.
