Once you’ve upgraded to 4.12, you no longer need to use AndroidWorks - you’ll need CodeWorks. You’ll also need to make sure you’ve updated from Visual Studio 2013 to Visual Studio 2015.
Please make sure you do not have the Modo Material Plugin enabled when you’re packaging.
