Can't add transform track of a BluePrint's component in sequencer of UE4.20, Pls solve this ASAP

Unfortunately this is a result of a restriction we put in for components that have their “Mobility” hidden. Adding a transform track for Landscape, for example, was causing problems because it’s not meant to be moved.

It seems this restriction is a bit too wide, so we’ll remove it and make it available for the 4.20.3 hotfix. I’ve filed the bug as (which will be made publicly visible in a few days):
