I cannot access any of the Sketchfab models except for ones I have already downloaded before.

Thank you for reaching out, can you please try again at your earliest convenience? If you are able to download the models, it is possible that the issue may have been temporary, such as a hiccup in the server or hitting a download limit at the time.
It can also be helpful to ensure you are connected to the internet, signed in to Epic Games in Twinmotion, and that the required services listed in our Twinmotion Requirements for remote services article are not being blocked.
If the problem continues, providing more information on what you are experiencing when attempting to download an asset will be helpful to us to better understand and troubleshoot the issue.
