Canon bullet won't track player's last set location in canon's range

In my 3d first person game, I am working on a monster that shoots upwards like a mortar. I got it to shoot upwards using an arrow. The arrow controlled the initial start direction of the bullet, but I am not sure how to make the canon bullet track the players last known location in the canons range. I am a beginner beginner and still trying to understand blueprints. Couldn’t find any Youtube tutorials on this subject.
