canon 6d mark 2 not on in database also focal length not being pick up

hi I am new to this software I am using a canon 6d mark 2. now this camera is not in the data base. the software is also not recognising the focal length in the metadata. I am taking photos in raw. my dji phantom is working fine so it is annoying 

first problem the camera data base is not in the folder I have version 1.0.3.6310

and anz ideas about the focal length
