Cannot update a live listing from non mature to mature

Summary

I have changed the product to be “Yes, this listing contains mature content.” and it does NOT allow submission for review, it shows a message “Cannot update a live listing from non mature to mature” and “Your listing is invalid and cannot be sent to moderation.”

Steps to Reproduce

The product was not rated for mature.
An email was received stating that the product has been rated for mature.
It is mentioned that this is due to a penalty for the product being mature content.
When the “Mature Content” section is modified in the editing section, the change to the option “Yes, this listing contains mature content” and the “submit for review” button is sent, the system does NOT allow such an update.
The message displayed is “Cannot update a live listing from non mature to mature”
And the product does NOT appear in the listings and is not allowed to be updated.
The product has already had a sale before the penalty.

Expected Result

According to what they mention, the product should allow editing and change to “Yes, this listing contains mature content.” in the “Mature Content” section; but this does NOT happen.
I agree that the product should be listed as: “Yes, this listing contains mature content.” Well, they are bottles of beer; and when reading the content guides I have observed that it is within the products for adults.

Observed Result

DOES NOT allow submitting for review; displays a message of “Cannot update a live listing from non mature to mature” and “Your listing is invalid and cannot be sent to moderation”

This is an old issue, it happened to me in November, and about two months later, they manually updated my asset for me.

Thank you for your comments. I was already thinking that it was strange that I was informed by email that my product was sanctioned and that they (FAB) had already made the changes; but when I look for it in the list it does NOT appear. And from what you say it is a BUG that has been going on for several months without any solution. I will contact FAB support directly. Thanks again.

Hello,
Just wondering have they managed to help you with this?

The FAB team told me that it’s an issue they have with the change in that category; the solution was to remove the product from the listing and re-upload it with the correct category from the start
