It has been 48 hours since I reported that I cannot sign in to the Launcher, Website or other epic related apps etc…
My Username and Password is Valid, but the 2 stage Authentication, which was changed by and ‘update’, switched from using my Android App to email. However NO email ever arrives. I have checked every nook and cranny, folder etc in my various email clients, nothing.
I have tried on other PC systems, same thing.
I have asked support to turn off the Authentication until this is sorted, but nothing.
The ONLY thing that has happened, is a post on x, saying they know there is a problem, yesterday. Follow up support emails have gone unanswered other than a feedback email for the quality of support.
This is abysmal. I have over 100 products/projects that I cannot access.
Update:
I now get an email from the Launcher login and so have regained access to my Products.
The same error still exists on the Epic Account website, where email codes are not being sent. I have raised a ticket, let’s hope that gets sorted out.
If it is not broken, simply click Refresh…
I was informed by support to go and enter Password and Security menu and set the way the code is sent…
Guess what?
I need a CODE to login to that menu…

Clearly, no one from support has actually followed their own procedures.
Emails go unanswered but I do get spammed with ‘How was the support you recently received’ feedback emails.
This has been going on since Thursday 16th December, 4 days ago.
