Cannot select or move anything

I’m not sure if this is in the correct section or if this question has been answered. I came across some similar problems but not exactly what is going on with my environment. For some reason I cannot select, move, rotate etc. anything I create. I’m not sure if I clicked something by accident or hit a shortcut but it appears that everything is locked out. Does anyone know what I did? It was working fine and then had an odd glitch where the arrows didn’t change type when switching from the move to scale option. Not long after, I couldn’t even select anything.

Ideas anyone?

Some help would be greatly appreciated.

So when you click on an object no scale/location/rotation icon appears + are you abel to see actor icons (lights, …)? → make sure that you are not in the gameview (in the bar at the top of the viewport you can change it → the little arrow - gameview) :slight_smile:

Had the same Bug, not able to select things or move things even in the Place Mode. The only thing that helped was… go to WINDOW and select RESET LAYOUT… Editor Restarts and I can select and move Objects again
