Cannot select nothing else than the FoliageInstance

My Project is completly stuck , i can’t select nothing else than the Foliage , and when i select object from the outliner , the transform gizmo is completly inactive.

I Really need your help.

I have tried to move all foliage instances in a sublevel , or to delete all foliage instances , i can’t reset the situation after this bug.

Well if you have levels set up and the lock icon checked then anything with in that level can not be selected

The only thing can be selected is the Instance Foliage, my levels are not locked , its a bug.
