Hello… I cannot seem to find the files I thought I saved to my “library” before the switch to Fab.
Thanks folks.

If you go to the Quixel main page, and click any asset, it should be in your library?
( I did not download this specifically ).
Hey there @JustA3DMan! Since the integration of the marketplace and Fab there were two systems at play organizing Quixel assets to accounts. One was the Quixel library and the other is the Fab library. For an illustration of this, head over to this link:
https://www.fab.com/sellers/Quixel
And you’ll likely see you have some things added to your library and others not, depending on how they were attached to the account you may not see that they are in your library here, but when accessing the item you will be able to see it’s status. An example from my dashboard:
Though if you’re talking about previous Megascans that didn’t make it to Fab would still need to be accessed through Bridge until feature parity between the two plugins is achieved.
Okay, thank you both.
Appreciate the help I’ve gotten here this past week.
I found a bunch of scenes in my Epic “library”, about 24 in all. They appear to be freely accessible. Is this the extent of the free assets we were promised in late 2024?
Depending on which set you’re asking about, though each group are significantly more than 20 assets. Quixel assets are spread between 3 areas:
1: Fab: Those are the ones you’ll find under the Quixel sellers link I listed before. If you claimed the assets via the button on Fab in 2024, these will all be yours. There’s a couple thousand pieces there that will have costs shown, but if they were claimed prior, when you access them they will show as claimed and downloadable. These can be checked on web or in the plugin.
2: The Quixel Bridge Plugin: The old plugin is still in use for now and has the remainder of the library of pieces that didn’t make the cut to be ported over. Whatever you had initially or had been claimed on the older “Claim Quixel Assets” that was available on the Quixel website, all 18,000 would be here including any Metahumans you’re working with.
3: Lastly there are some Megascans specific assets that were only available on the old Unreal Marketplace, and weren’t ever in bridge. A majority of these didn’t make the port to Fab, but if you had claimed them (Some of which were manual claim since they were separate), they would be in your Epic Games Launcher Library.
Alright… thank you
