Cannot run UE4 on Windows 10 cloud computer

Hello! I’m having trouble running UE 4.24.1 (also tried 4.25.3) on a Windows 10 OS cloud computer via Paperspace Console and a Quadro P5000 card. UE hangs at 39% consistently, and when I first try to launch the program a library error comes up: “The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.ddl was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.” Even with reinstallation UE hangs at 39% and issue is not resolved. I’ve tried with a number of cloud computers (all windows 10). Anyone have similar issues? Would super appreciate any advice!

Thank you,

If UE4 hangs and doesn’t crash it’s most like due to shaders being compiled. Check the task manager for ShaderCompileWorker and CPU usage should be high.

Quadro P5000
AFAIK, quadro cards are meant for rendering and not so much video game development.
