Cannot redeem Access Key

We generated an Access Key for testing purposes but are not able to redeem it. When attempting to redeem it in the Epic Application there is no error code, the REDEEM button is not interactive and nothing happens. When trying to redeem the code in the Account Settings page in a browser, Error Code 19056 is returned and it states

Based on the error message you attached, it sounds like a region mismatch between the country/region you set for your account. We recommend creating a separate test account with the country/region matching your geographic location.

Hey BriteJam, thanks for the response.

You are correct, we were using an American Account whilst waiting for the required documents to update our Rating Classification in Korea. Now that we have updated this Rating and have access to Korean Access Key’s, we are able to redeem them successfully!
