i can never receive the verify email.
i have checked spam email box. and i can receive email from player support().
but he said none of his business.
and i just baught something from unreal store.

why don’t you verify email when i baught something?
why you verify email when i download the product i’ve baught after i spend money?

please help me. thanks.

It happened with me as well. Figured out there was some problem with my browser only. Can’t remember exactly but I think I found the solution on this website. Zozuk.
