Been having this issue for a while and now I’m reaching out instead of banging my head against a wall.
I keep having an issue where the moment I try to make a C++ class in my project I receive an error saying that it failed to compile and that UE4 can’t access Visual Studio. This then causes an issue the next time I try to open the project it fails to compile and requires a rebuild. The rebuild fails every time.
I have tried reinstall and upgrading/downgrading both UE4 and Visual Studio. Honestly I have no idea what to do anymore. Any sources I’ve found online seem to have been able to fix similar issues by deleting a few folders within the project and attempting to rebuild. I have tried this multiple times and still nothing works. When this happened the first time I lost my project due to the corruption. Please help, I just want to learn UE4 and C++.
