No reinstalling would be overkill
Try enforcing vs 2022 toolchain first
Then try running your visual studio installer => modify =>individual components and search “14.36” and check if you have MSVC 14.36 installed.
If it’s not there then you need to install it from the installer, find it just make sure it’s x64/x86 and not arm). Then click it’s checkbox and install it.
