Cannot package / build in UE5 - Missing Framework
Hello, I am in the process of moving my projects to UE5 and to final test I need to build once. I first looked for the build option from UE4 (in Files → Package), but there is nothing here anymore. So I went to the Project Launcher and created a build profile. Here it tells me that a certain framework is missing. See Screen:
(For those who ask, I know that I can download this framework manually, but I would like to know if others are experiencing this and why this framework is not included by default when downloading UE5)
I tried to build in different settings, it doesn’t work a bit. But what surprised me the most is that I have not been able to find any resources about it online. Really NOTHING. The official documentation only describes how to use the Project Launcher. I don’t want to manually install a framework though, why isn’t this framework included with the download?
Has anyone had this problem before?
