I have never used UE5 before and installed it last weekend. Today I went to create a new project to practice using C++ with UE5 and I cannot open it because “The following modules are missing or built with a different engine version, Would you like to rebuild them now?” and when I click rebuild it fails. I’m not sure what I did wrong or what else to do. I tried restarting my computer to see if that would do anything (it didn’t). Thanks in Advance for the help.
Hey there @NegasonicTracer! Welcome to the community! If you’ve never worked with a C++ project, you’re going to need a couple of components to be able to use the modules. Having the correct version of Visual Studio and .Net set up appropriately. Here’s some docs on that, that may help!
If that doesn’t help, which UE5 version are you using and do blueprint projects open appropriately?
