cannot open blueprint editor

i am a total beginner. i am trying to add ‘Third person’ blueprint to the project. and when i double click BP_ThirdPersonCharacter (edit blueprint), unreal engine stop working and not response.

what can i do? thanks!

I am using Unreal Engine 5.0.2 and macos 12.4 apple m1 chip
