I have tried re-intalling, but it did not help.
Do you have any Firewall or Anti-virus programs running that may be blocking UE4 from connecting to the internet? If so you may need to go into the firewall settings and set the permissions to allow the UE4 Launcher to access the internet. You can also try turning it off for a couple of minutes to see if the program is blocking UE4, but make sure to turn it back on after.
