I am unable to log into the fab.com website since fab release. It seems like there is an auth issue on the fab side as all other unreal logins are fine.
I am able to create a fresh account on a new email and it works. That is not a solution however as I would lose everything on my account. It has to be something in the data of my account.
Same problem here, i contacted the Epic customer service the told me to contact the marketplace support (even though the problem come from Fab website) but the marketplace support isn’t responding, and when i tried to contact Fab support they told me to ask Epic support …
So i guess the only option left is to wait until fab get fixed and hopefully they are working on it, but their communication around this critical issue is really bad, i would have expected better from Epic games.
Honestly, there is no support from Epic on here anymore (apart from the occasional post). Its been years since Epic contributed anything really. So this is something to be aware of (if you’re going to be investing a large part of your life in Unreal Engine and need support).
There’s no incentives for skilled / experienced devs to post or reply on here anymore either sadly. So that’s also something to know. This is how Epic roll. But lots of firms are doing the same thing (shunning any kind of real support). So the options are: Put up / Pack up.
I have an identical problem for the same duration of time. I have tried to access Fab on multiple devices, desktop and mobile, and multiple operating systems and with multiple browsers. No problems using any other Epic site or service, just Fab. Fab is simply not functional as a website for me. I am lucky if I can get anything to load on any combination of hardware and software. Creating a new account is not a viable option for me. Thank you for any assistance.
