cannot load project that was locked on another machine

I get this message when I try to load a project on the same machine that was created with the same licensed RealityCapture.

 

I also created a new project and tried to use Ortho Projection, but the widget doesn’t have the gray squares for selecting the direction, and the Orho Projection Panel doesn’t appear.

I held down the shift key when I launched RC to reset it. That fixed the issue with Ortho Projection on the new project, but it didn’t fix the "cannot load project that was locked on another machine " when opening a previous project.

Maybe I should have posted this in the bug report section.

Hello Bill, 

If you created your project in the demo version you will not be able to open it in paid versions of RC, you will have to reprocess your project.

I have the same problem, but i copied my project from one machine to another. The first machine crashed so i had to format the HD. So how can i use a previous project in the new machine???

was the project created in a demo/PPI version of RealityCapture or a paid one?
