I have recently downloaded and purchased a subscription of Unreal Engine 4 but at launch I get the
message 'The procedure entry point WinSqmAddToStreamEx could not be located in the dynamic
link library ntdll.dll. I have tried to post this in technical support but I have not gotten feedback.
Also, I can’t seem to find a phone number anywhere either. I am using a Windows Vista Service Pack 2
and recently downloaded the ntdll.dll config thinking this would fix the problem but with no luck. Please
get back to me VERY soon with a response or at least your technical support phone number. Thank you.
