I cannt run unreal engine 4.8.3, upon launching application (either by epic games launcher or from exectubale itself in programs folder) it reaches 91% loaded before crashing out. I have uninstalled it & reinstalled it, i have uninstalled epic games, installed it on another drive & installed UE4.8.3 there and i am still expiriencing same problem.
I was able to launch this ~ 2 weeks ago.

Take a look to logs, there are surely more details.
From your windows explorer => your project name/Saved/Logs.

Are you attempting to open a project, or is it crashing with application itself? When Crash Reporter window appears, please copy information, including MachineID, and paste it here so we can look at it. Please also attach your dxdiag. Thanks!
