I’m getting this error as well as of 17 Jun 2026. It appears the fix has regressed. Just adding this note so I can be notified once it is fixed.

Hi everyone, I am writing this out of sheer frustration. I have tried every single way to download the software (both RealityScan and RealityCapture), but it is absolutely impossible.
No version works, no method works, and every single portal or launcher tab fails. I am completely stuck in a loop and cannot access the software in any way. Epic, please fix your licensing and launcher routing.

Dear All,
I’m experiencing the same issue today. I managed to work around it by opening an existing RS project and then creating a new tab from here. As a temporary workaround, it seems to do the trick.
I hope the issue will be resolved soon.
