Cannot launch editor - encoderAMF could not be loaded

Would anyone know what causes this and/or how to resolve/bypass it ?
Cannot launch eu 4.27 preview 4 due to this issue: EncoderAMF could not be loaded.

Would I get the same with the upcoming release ?

Got resolved with the Released version! Can now launch 4.27
