Summary
Every time I try to launch an edit session, I get slapped with this error.
The project validates.
There are no disallowed references.
There are no warnings or errors when opening the project.
There’s not a speck of verse written yet, this is just the final environment.
Here’s the error from the log:
PlatformCook: Error: We hit an error while cooking this content
PlatformCook: Error: errors.com.epicgames.content-service.cook_failure
PlatformCook: Error: CookJobId:f606a206-83de-442b-a67b-6f95ce215105
PlatformCook: Error: An error occurred while communicating with the game servers (failed to cook module 5cb6a817-4fb7-59d4-2678-adbfdaf22b69 (artifact e8d47486-6635-4a5d-9fe9-7c09acb80e45:linux-server) (cookJobId f606a206-83de-442b-a67b-6f95ce215105) with error code errors.com.epicgames.cookplugin.assetvalidationerror).
I’ve been able to get in-game with a significantly earlier snapshot of the project that’s just my landscape in the void, but obviously I need to get in-game with the current version of my project to make sure gameplay things like loot, quests, rewards, and NPCs behave correctly in the environment that I want it to happen in.
