Cannot install Unreal 5.2 Preview2 - SE X 12.5.0 is required

I cannot install Unreal Engine 5.2 Preview2 because requirement SE X 12.5.0 is not satisfy, but was is SE X 12.5.0 ?

I’m installing the engine using the Epic Game Launcher , on an Apple Silicon Mac M1.

Are you sure it isnt Xcode 12.5? Tho i think that is an older version. sorry clutching at straws!

check there it states xcode 12.4 so maybe its updated to 12.5?

I am also guessing as thats an M1 it doesnt have the required GPU? the specs say Metal 1.2 which are only in (i believe) desktop macs with select AMD/Nvidia and maybe Intel GPUs
