Cannot install UE5 on Windows 11: empty Engine Versions, Install Engine and + do nothing

Hello, I need help installing a stable (non-Preview) version of Unreal Engine 5. Epic Games Support referred me to this forum.

In Epic Games Launcher, Unreal Engine > Library shows no engine versions. Clicking Install Engine or the + button does not open a version selector or installation dialog. No Unreal Engine version is currently installed, and no engine download has started.

System:

  • Windows 11 Home 64-bit
  • Intel Core Ultra 9 285
  • 32 GB RAM
  • NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti
  • More than 1 TB free on the C: drive

Already checked:

  • Installed Epic Games Launcher from the official website and signed in.
  • Fully closed and reopened the launcher; the issue persists.
  • Using the legacy launcher, not the preview interface.
  • Hide Game Library is unchecked.
  • No Update and Restart option appeared in Settings.

The problem is specifically the empty Engine Versions section, not game-library filters. The cause is not confirmed.

Is there an official fix or another supported way to make engine versions appear? Could a missing account entitlement or license step cause this, and how can that be checked? I would appreciate guidance before changing or reinstalling anything.

Thank you.
