As a beta tester I was granted a free version of TM, I would like to upgrade to a full commercial 2023.2 version, however in my TM tab there is no version showing up...
How do I buy the upgrade?

I had the same problem too. That's why I followed the recommendations from the topic:
Twinmotion 2023.2 Community Edition Preview 1
Preview versions: All Preview versions, from 2023.2 Preview 1 onwards, are for the Community Edition.
If it's not on your launcher, please:
1 - open the Epic Games launcher AND Close: via Task Manager (!) and restart it.
2 - Log out and back into your Epic Games launcher
And I already have TM2023.2... on my list to install:

Good idea, I just tried it, unfortunately it says "nicht verfügbar" which is not available in German...
I wonder if this might have something to do with country / language settings
is it normal that the launcher does not recognize my Win11 ?
Hello there and thank you for reaching out, please try the following and let us know if the issue is still present:
1) fully close the Launcher
2) Delete this file "C:\ProgramData\Epic\EpicGamesLauncher\Data\EMS\current"
3) Start the Launcher
Check if Twinmotion Community Edition is available to download and launch.

That did it!
I deleted the file and restarted the launcher, at first it was still the same, but after shutting it down with the task manager and logout / login it suddenly seems to work!

I still would like to buy the update to have a commercial version...
As of today (October 4, 2023), "Twinmotion 2023.2 has not been released yet."
The best you can do is use the 2023.2 Preview or Beta and wait for the Twinmotions 2023.2 official release.

Hello, I'm guessing you tried to update your launcher? I'm unaware of any restriction regarding wind 11 but I will investigate.
